INDUSTRIAL ACCELEROMETERS & SYSTEMS FOR CEMENT PRODUCTION
Our HS-100 AC accelerometers, connected to PLC monitoring and control devices via sealed local junction boxes, are used widely in many of the world’s leading cement plants. This allows each accelerometer to be used for real time monitoring, alarm and critical data analysis.
Our product range also includes HS-100I industrial accelerometers certified to the latest ATEX (IECEx) standards while for use with conveyors and other equipment running at under 60Hz, we offer high sensitivity HS-100 sensors with 500 mV/g outputs; this improves the signal to noise ratio.
Our 4-20mA vibration sensors and 0-25 mm/s RMS velocity sensors (HS-420 Series) are designed for connection to PLC (programmable logic controller) or similar systems. This is an ideal solution for monitoring imbalance on rotating fan and motor shafts. Similarly, our 0-2g RMS acceleration 4-20 mA sensor (HS-422 Series) offers an excellent option to protect conveyors between routine surveys.
For applications such as crushers, screens, conveyor pulleys and drives, and where access is restricted, we provide side-entry and low profile accelerometers. These sensors are also ideal for areas where debris or dust would otherwise affect the performance of a top entry device. For equipment located in sumps or containment ponds we offer a choice of fully submersible vibration sensors.
Options for all our accelerometers for cement production include armoured or braided cable, plus quick release 2 Pin MS connectors, IP66 and IP68 cable assemblies, and stainless steel enclosures.
